                   A RESOLUTION TO REVOKE THE SPECIAL COMMISSION
                   OF THE INDIVIDUAL NAMED HEREIN.

              	   WHEREAS, the Chief of Police has received information
         indicating that the individual named hereinbelow has left the
         employment of his sponsoring employer;
                                  NOW, THEREFORE,
              	   BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the special commission issued to 
the
         following individual be and the same is hereby revoked or 
canceled
         effective immediately:
              	   	     	  Bruce W. Ross
